I had to laugh.

For ages I've been on microsoft's mailing list for "Australian events" or something like that. Needless to say, I've never actually read it - delete straight away. Anyhow, I finally decide to unsubscribe "reply with 'unsubcribe' in the subject". Three times I've tried, and it hangs when starting word as my email editor...
