My arm and shoulder hurts. I've been whipping cream and egg whites for what seems to be all of the evening (really, in total, probably just for 20 mins or so), by hand with one of those things which has ~10 loops of metal wire. What ever they're called.

Anyhow, I need to get:
* a chopping board (one - my flatmate's - is not enough)
* a couple of mixing bowls - metallic and maybe a plastic one
* an electric beater thingy that means I can whip to my hearts content by just holding it there.
(everything dishwashable)

PS: people that get annoyed at me prior to my birthday / christmas for not wanting stuff should take note of the above...
