I need to figure out which of the cooking classes I should attend. Anything I'll get heaps out of, I suspect, but I'm not sure whether I should go with something closer to what I am familiar with (ie: typical food = stir fries, pastas, etc), or learn something new (seafood, Curries, Middle Eastern, Pastries)??
I've finally finished reading The Prophet, by Kahlil Gibran. It's a particularly excellent book I think, very deep. Somehow I think I'll be reading it again sometime.
