This giant debt bubble has to burst.
Demolishing the entire superannuation system - apparently over 10 years - the mean super fund did worst than a savings account.

Some Stuff

So this afternoon, when we were stuck in very heavy traffic, in a car with a CB radio... we listened to the truckie's channel... fairly amusing, but you get some pretty average language very quickly!

Anyhow, a few things:

This past weekend was pretty good: a friends birthday party on Saturday night, Saturday lunch was a BBQ (more later), Sat dinner at the jazz club, Sun lunch was spit roast. A full lamb (ie: lamb minus head, skin and guts), on a sometimes rotating (cable from motor to bike wheel broke when a chainsaw was used to cut the leg off the lamb...) handmade spit roast. Slightly disorganised, and a young crowd, but good fun.

On Saturday lunch I caught up with good friends L and R for a BBQ, with an aim of going to the place I intend for my birthday later on. Unfortunately, the area is under reconstruction. Extra unfortunately, an email to the park manager later: that area won't be available until just a couple of days before my birthday. Hmmm. I basically need to scout out all areas there, and find the best 2 or 3. Hmmm. The area on the weekend we went to was ok, but only one hotplate, it might be a bit too small. Something to do fairly soon. There was a bit of rain on Saturday (as is common recently) - hopefully none on my bday BBQ.!

Also, there has to be a stupid joke in here somewhere, something along the lines of: Jesus and Zeus were talking to each other, on a farm on a Saturday. A Spanish speaker comes along: Hey zeus!, Hey jesus!, Let's sit on some hay and watch hey hey it's Saturday. (Anyhow, you really need to know the Spanish pronunciation of Jesus for this, it's sort of like heyzeus). Anyhow.
